Green & Wax Beans in Honey-Mustard Dressing

20 minutes - 15 minutes prep time

Green & Wax Beans in Honey-Mustard DressingSalad:
100 grams (1/4 pound) green beans
100 grams (1/4 pound) wax beans
4-6 small bite-sized tomatoes to garnish (optional)

Wash the beans and trim the ends. Steam them until just tender. Plunge them into cold water to stop them cooking any further, and to cool them. Drain well.

1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon tamari (soy sauce)
1 teaspoon minced fresh dillweed

Mix the dressing ingredients, and toss the beans in the dressing. Serve garnished with cherry type tomatoes, if you are so inclined.
