4 cups finely chopped savoy cabbage
2 medium avocados
the juice of 1 large lemon
1/3 cup sunflower seed oil
salt & pepper
Peel and grate the carrots, and chop the cabbage finely. Peel the avocados and cut them in dice. Mix the veggies with the lemon juice, sunflower seed oil, and salt and pepper to taste. That's it; you're done. Bon appetit.

I am going to head to the farmers market tomorrow and see what that brings. Not much local this time of the year but it might surprise me:D
